and his assistants and collaborators are available for emergency
consultations 24 hours a day every day.
In the event of an EMERGENCY, please call
both the office, 809-686-6666, as well as the emergencies
cellular telephone,
809-838-2222, and leave your message, including your name, the
number where you can be reached at, and a short message detailing the
nature of your emergency.
If necessary, go to the Emergency of Clínica Dr.
Abel González, where you will be assisted, and where you will also be
able to contact Dr. Pacheco.

Please call us for directions from your location.
Parking for visitors is behind the main building of Clínica Dr. Abel
González, and can be reached from our location by continuing to drive
half a block east on Avenida Independencia, and turning left on the
first corner, Bernardo Pichardo Street, and driving north also half a
block. See the IDPP location map above.

HOURS
Our hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday, except official holidays in the Dominican Republic.
Other times and days by special arrangement.

Requests for appointments as well as changes have
to be made by calling our offices during our working hours.

FEES
Fees for professional services must be paid on the
occasion of each consultation, or according a payment plan previously
agreed upon.
Due to the nature itself of psychological
consultations, these require the utilization of the prior appointment
system and, therefore, you will be asked to pay the regular professional
fees for any consultations that you do not attend to, or that you cancel
the same day of the appointment.
INSURANCE
We accept most major health plans covering our
specialized services in mental health.

SOCIAL PLAN
Available exclusively for persons of
reduced economic resources, with a sliding-fee scale, on a first-come,
first-served basis, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from

All the information obtained throughout your
psychotherapeutic treatment is held in strict confidence, and this
confidential information would only be divulged following your written
prior authorization, and/or when the situation would require it in the
judgment of Dr. Pacheco and/or his assistants and collaborators.

Free limited consultations
Any consultation you request and obtain via this
Internet website and/or mail (traditional, electronic, or fax) is deemed
by the IDPP as a request for orientation of a general nature, not
psychotherapy, and is not offered as such by the IDPP, nor in place of a
face-to-face professional intervention with a qualified mental health
professional.
In
emergencies,
we request that you DO NOT use this service, but call our emergencies
cellular telephone 809-838-2222, and/or 911, and/ or the institutions in
charge of emergencies in your locality. By contacting us and/or by
requesting a consultation, you acknowledge and accept these terms, and
those in our
