The Instituto Dr. Pacheco de Psicología, founded
on October 28, 1978, is a not-for-profit organization (in the
process of incorporation) established in the Dominican Republic.
It is our professional endeavor to maintain the highest professional
standards in Clinical Psychology. We responsibly comply with the
laws of this country, and respect and follow the rules of
confidentiality and all other ethical principles of the Colegio
Dominicano de Psicólogos (CODOPSI) of the Dominican Republic.
The Instituto Dr. Pacheco de Psicología is proud
to present the
Ley No. 22-01,
the
Estatutos,
and the
Código de Ética y Disciplina,
which are the foundation documents of the Colegio Dominicano de
Psicólogos (CODOPSI), to help disseminate these important documents, and
to educate the consumers of our services on the professional and legal
aspects relevant to the practice of psychology in the Dominican
Republic.

exactly as they appear in the original version, in Spanish, published by
the Colegio Dominicano de Psicólogos (CODOPSI), in March 2004.
